5/1/01 1.5 Layout seat supports and transom, set up work area
5/3/01 1 Layout center support, dagger board and rudder
5/7/01 3 Cut wood for scarfing and belt sand scarfs
5/8/01 2 Touch up scarfs, align and glue long pieces sides
5/9/01 1 Touch up scarfs, align and glue short pieces (bottom)
5/10/01 2.5 Cut out 3/8" pieces and epoxy dagger board and transom layers
5/12/01 5 Measure, mark, cut and true sides and bottom on scarfed pieces. Cut out and sand daggerboard trunk pieces
5/13/01 6 Sand dagger board, start wiring all pieces together - discovered bottom 5 inches too short.
5/14/01 3.5 Set up truing rack, level rack and suspend hull from it. True up diagonals and tack together with filets.
5/15/01 1.5 Recheck for squareness, mark location of mast partner and cut cross brace for bow ssection.
5/18/01 1.5 Shape rudder, pull wires, patch bottom area assemble dagger board trunk
5/19/01 7 Sand and shape rudder and dagger board, rewire bow to fix small gap and make mast partner, pull more wires
5/20/01 6 Sand filet areas, finish filets inside, tape all inside seams, check squareness and clean up shop
5/21/01 1 Fit, sand and glue in mast partner
5/22/01 1 Cosmetic fill mast partner gaps, cut out cardboard seat and flip over hull (bottom up).
5/23/01 1 Sand down wires that remained in place, glue in mast partner supports.
5/24/01 1 Cut, sand and glue first bumper layer.
5/25/01 2 Cut and glue on starboard bumper second layer (not enough clamps and cosmetic patch on bottom fix.
5/26/01 4 Cut and shape skeg, glue on port bumper second layer, seal chine gap and holes from wires removed on outside
5/27/01 3.5 Finish dagger board trunk glueing, fill in more wire holes missed, finalize seat pattern and cut from wood and trim to fit.
5/28/01 1.5 Sand and first layer epoxy seat. Mark for seat supports
5/29/01 3 Sand interior, glass inside of stern area and glue in seat supports
5/30/01 1.5 Mark, measure and drill holes for dagger board trunk hole. Attach 2nd layer of seat support cleats
5/31/01 1.5 Sand and plane down seat cleats to correct bevel - since they were stepped from layering.
6/1/01 1 Cut, sand and glue in mid hull area inside bumper strips
6/2/01 3.5 Trim off mast partner overhang, cut out dagger board trunk hole and glue it in. Epoxy bottom side of seat.
6/3/01 2 Cut knee braces, cut top for dagger board, cut tiller, cut and glue more inside bumper strips.
6/4/01 1.5 Trim off dagger board trunk excess, sand and epoxy seat top, glue knee brace layers together.
6/5/01 1 Fair bumper strips and sand off glue runs beneath them.
6/6/01 2 Sand outside of hull and epoxy fill small gaps and holes.
6/7/01 2 Sand and re-epoxy rubrails (bumpers). Sand and fill in small area of chine seams
6/8/01 6 Re-sand hull exterior and tape all joints.
6/9/01 8 Sand interior of hull, sand rub rails and add seat supports for stiffness.
6/10/01 4 Sand and epoxy all inside surfaces, cut mast hole in partner, measure and start first layers of mast base.
6/11/01 1 Add layers to mast base
6/12/01 2 Sand runs from taping  and add to mast base
6/13/01 2 Sand bow edge, epoxy and tape bow and dagger board trunk area
6/14/01 2 Sand mast partner, epoxy (2nd layer). sand bottom and epoxy (2nd layer)
6/15/01 2 Sand mast partner supports, filet and add tape layer
6/16/01 2 Form fit stern knee braces, mount rudder hardware, mount rudder and cut cardboard template for bow deck area
6/17/01 1 Screw in and glue in stern knee braces
6/18/01 2 Form and sand bow deck. Drill mast base hole
6/19/01 1 Check fit of sail and mast and seat arrangement
6/20/01 4 Work on WEB site for this project
